70 µm Sealing Film for qPCR, 100 Films

STEMCELL Technologies supplies this ultra-clear, pressure-sensitive sealing film designed for quantitative real-time PCR (qPCR) and other research applications including polymerase chain reaction (PCR), ELISA, and cell culture. The Axygen® Sealing Film seals 96- and 384-well PCR microplates, with a pressure-sensitive adhesive that leaves no sticky residue to interfere with optical readings.

At a film thickness of 70 μm, the non-sterile, RNase/DNase-free material provides high clarity for optical analysis during qPCR. It is recommended for use across a temperature range of -70°C to 100°C and should be stored at 15 - 25°C, remaining stable until the expiry date indicated on the STEMCELL label.
