Description
Axygen® PCR Strip Caps, offered by STEMCELL Technologies, are configured as a domed strip cap with eight caps per strip. Manufactured from clear polypropylene, the caps are non-sterile, RNase/DNase-free, and non-pyrogenic, and are intended for polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and real-time quantitative PCR (qPCR) applications. The domed cap design is intended to increase the efficiency of heat transfer, while the cap geometry allows a tight seal that helps reduce sample evaporation. The strip caps are compatible with Axygen® PCR Strip Tubes and Axygen® PCR Microplates. They should be stored at 15–25°C and remain stable until the expiry date indicated on the manufacturer label.
