QIAGEN consumable for the Rotor-Gene® Q real-time PCR cycler, supplied as individually wrapped discs configured for 3000 reactions at a reaction volume of 15–25 µl. Sealing of the discs is performed using Rotor-Disc Heat Sealing Film, which is compatible with both Rotor-Disc 100 and Rotor-Disc 72 formats.
