5 ml Tube Adapter Set

Designed for sample homogenization of 5 mL bead tubes on the TissueLyser II and III, this adapter set from QIAGEN supports molecular biology applications in laboratory settings. The product is not intended for the diagnosis, prevention, or treatment of a disease. The adapter set is intended for use with 5 mL bead tubes such as PowerWater® DNA Bead Tubes, and can accommodate up to 16 tubes per set, enabling homogenization of up to 32 tubes in the TissueLyser II.

The adapters are shipped at room temperature (15–25°C) and should be stored dry at room temperature (15–25°C). They can be cleaned with detergent, microbicides, or up to 96% ethanol, but should not be autoclaved or heat-sterilized. The tube adapters are not recommended for use with temperatures below 4°C and have been tested for use with 5 mL tubes formerly marketed by MO BIO only.

Each lot of TissueLyser Adapter Sets is tested against predetermined specifications in accordance with QIAGEN's ISO-certified Quality Management System, ensuring consistent product quality.
