RoboSep Service Rack

An accessory for the RoboSep automated cell separation platform from STEMCELL Technologies, the Service Rack supports streamlined tube handling by holding sample and reagent tubes in defined positions during an immunomagnetic isolation run, reducing manual tube transfers and helping maintain consistent tube orientation through mixing, magnetic incubation, and aspiration steps. Each position is indexed so the instrument can identify tube layout, supporting reproducible workflows for separating human or mouse immune cell subsets, hematopoietic populations, and other targets from whole blood, buffy coat, leukocyte preparations, or single-cell suspensions. The accessory integrates with standard EasySep buffer systems and is used in laboratories running flow cytometry, cell culture, and functional assays downstream of cell isolation. Components are manufactured for repeated laboratory use and can be cleaned with standard laboratory disinfectants. Operators should refer to the RoboSep instrument manual for loading instructions and compatible tube volumes, and verify rack fit before initiating a separation protocol.
