RoboSep Buffer 2

Part of the automated RoboSep-S cell separation workflow from STEMCELL Technologies, this secondary buffer reagent is formulated to support immunomagnetic cell isolation runs that rely on EasySep technology to separate defined cell populations without manual column or magnet handling. Loaded into the instrument's secondary reagent bay, the buffer is dispensed automatically during the wash, resuspension, and antibody incubation phases of every separation run, helping to preserve cell viability and reduce non-specific carryover between steps.

The reagent is supplied sterile in a sealed bottle and is compatible with protocols targeting human T cells, B cells, NK cells, monocytes, dendritic cells, and CD34+ hematopoietic progenitors isolated from whole blood, bone marrow, or apheresis product. Recommended storage is at room temperature (15 to 25 degrees C), with the working bottle remaining stable on the instrument deck for the duration of a session. When paired with single-use RoboSep tips and EasySep antibody cocktails, the buffer enables hands-free cell isolation and supports downstream cell culture work in research laboratory settings.
