RNAprotect Tissue Tubes (50 x 1.5 ml)

Developed by QIAGEN for immediate RNA stabilization in tissue samples, these pre-filled tubes are supplied with RNAprotect Tissue Reagent already aliquoted, removing the need for additional tubes or transfer steps. Each tube holds 1.5 ml of reagent, suitable for 150 mg of tissue. The reagent enables stable RNA preservation without liquid nitrogen or dry ice, and remains effective through repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Product materials indicate that RNAprotect Reagent suppresses tissue mRNA degradation, and that RNA stored in the reagent maintains consistent Ct values over time, in contrast to PBS where Ct values shift noticeably. The tubes support accurate gene expression analysis and are suited to biological, microbiological, and physical laboratory workflows.
