Recombinant Rat DNA Polymerase beta Protein (Functional)

The target is DNA Polymerase beta, produced as a full-length recombinant protein expressed in Escherichia coli from a rat source. The product is presented in liquid form at a concentration of 1.3 mg/ml, with a molecular weight of 38 kDa and a purity of >95% (by SDS-PAGE).

Recommended applications include WB, SDS-PAGE, and Functional Studies. The protein is biologically active at 90 units/µl, with one unit defined as the enzyme activity incorporating 1 nmol of dNTP into acid-insoluble fraction at 37°C in 60 min. It is formulated in 50mM Tris-HCl, pH 7.6, with 0.3M KCl, 0.1mM EDTA, 1mM DTT, and 20% Glycerol.
