Recombinant Human PCNA Protein (Functional)

A functional recombinant human PCNA protein from Antibodies.com, expressed in Escherichia coli as a full-length protein and supplied as a liquid preparation. The target is PCNA, also known as Cyclin and Proliferating cell nuclear antigen.

The protein is supplied at a concentration of 1.0 mg/ml with a molecular weight of 29 kDa and a purity of >98% (by SDS-PAGE). It is formulated in 25 mM HEPES, pH 7.9, with 1 mM EDTA, 0.01% NP40, 1 mM DTT, 2 µg/ml Leupeptin, 0.1 mM PMSF, 75 mM NaCl, and 50% Glycerol. The product is described as active.

Applications include WB, DB, SDS-PAGE, ELISA and Functional Studies. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
