From Antibodies.com, this recombinant full-length HIV-1 Nef Protein is expressed in Escherichia coli and supplied as a liquid preparation. It is validated for Functional Studies, SDS-PAGE, ELISA and WB, and is purified to greater than 90% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
The protein is formulated in 20mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5) with 50mM NaCl, 10mM Mercaptoethanol and 50% Glycerol. It is shipped at 4°C; on arrival it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
