The formulation is provided in 20mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5) with 50mM NaCl, 10mM Mercaptoethanol, and 50% Glycerol. Validated applications include SDS-PAGE, Western Blot (WB), Dot blot (DB), and ELISA. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
