Description
Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this recombinant HIV-1 Gag p15 protein is expressed in Escherichia coli as a full-length construct. It is supplied as a liquid preparation at 0.42 mg/ml, with a molecular weight of 15 kDa and a purity of > 90% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The protein has been validated for use in SDS-PAGE, Western Blot (WB), Dot Blot (DB), and ELISA.
The formulation contains 20 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 50 mM NaCl, 10 mM Mercaptoethanol, and 50% Glycerol. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve protein integrity.
