Offered by Antibodies.com, this recombinant RuvA protein is expressed in Escherichia coli and supplied in liquid form. The full-length protein has a molecular weight of 22 kDa and a purity of >90% as determined by SDS-PAGE. It is formulated at a concentration of 1.0-2.7 mg/ml in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 2 mM EDTA, 100 mM NaCl, 5 mM Mercaptoethanol, and 50% glycerol.
The product has been validated for SDS-PAGE and functional studies. It is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
