QX Separation Buffer (40 ml)

This proprietary separation buffer from QIAGEN is optimized for use in QX electrophoretic separations, supporting consistent migration and resolution of nucleic acid fragments.

It is intended as an accessory for the automated capillary electrophoresis of DNA samples, used together with QIAxcel DNA kits and a QIAxcel capillary electrophoresis instrument. The system delivers fully automated, high-resolution, sensitive separations capable of running up to 96 samples per batch. QIAxcel DNA accessories function exclusively with the corresponding QIAxcel DNA kits and are required components of the QIAxcel Connect System and its predecessor, the QIAxcel Advanced System.

Storage is recommended at 2–8 °C for a maximum of 6 months; the buffer must not be frozen and should be discarded if contaminated. The product is manufactured in Germany and is intended for molecular biology applications.
