PyroMark Wash Buffer (conc., 200 ml)

A concentrated wash buffer from QIAGEN, intended for use with the PyroMark Q24 Vacuum Workstation and the PyroMark Q96 Vacuum Workstation. During PyroMark sample preparation, the buffer is used to wash and neutralize immobilized DNA, cleaning beads, cartridges, and reaction vessels. The formulation is supplied as a concentrate and is diluted to working strength according to the QIAGEN protocol before use, helping to remove unbound material and reduce background in downstream sequencing.
