PyroMark Binding Buffer (200 ml)

A QIAGEN binding buffer formulated for PyroMark sample preparation workflows, including PyroMark Q24 and PyroMark MD procedures. It is used to immobilize biotinylated PCR products onto streptavidin beads, supporting target capture during vacuum prep and manual bead-based procedures. The buffer is supplied as a ready-to-use 200 mL solution for the bead binding step. According to facility use guidelines, one bottle is sufficient for approximately 50 plates. Intended for research use only; not for use in diagnostic procedures.
