Puregene DNA Hydration Solution (500 ml)

QIAGEN's Puregene hydration buffer is a nuclease-free solution for reconstituting and stabilizing purified genomic DNA. The large-volume format supports high-throughput laboratories running multiple extractions and is suited to downstream PCR, sequencing, and cloning workflows. Supplied sterile, it is used alongside Puregene accessories that, in combination with Gentra Puregene Kits, enable purification of high-molecular-weight (100–200 kb) DNA suitable for archiving. The scalable workflow gently removes contaminants and inhibitors and accommodates large-volume samples intended as long-term references.
