Description

From Antibodies.com's Assistive Reagents line, this lyophilized Protein A reagent is supplied unconjugated. According to the manufacturer's specification, Protein A binds the Fc portion of human IgG subclasses as well as human IgM, IgA, and IgE, and also recognises mouse IgG1 (weakly), IgG2a, and IgG2b. The reagent additionally binds IgGs from rabbit, cat, dog, pig, monkey, and guinea pig.

The lyophilized product is shipped at 4°C. Upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
