A biochemical reagent from Antibodies.com designed to stain and track filamentous actin (F-Actin) in live or fixed cells. Part of the CellMask product line, the stain supports research applications including immunocytochemistry (ICC), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and 3D cell culture.

Detection is carried out by fluorescence microscopy, and the product is compatible with fluorescence microscopes and high content analyzers. The fluorescent dye targets F-Actin with subcellular localization to the actin cytoskeleton, and the product ships at room temperature. The proprietary fluorescent dyes are general cytoplasmic stains that are not found to bind to any specific cellular component.
