Investigator STR GO! Punch Buffer (1000)

A lysis buffer from QIAGEN designed for processing sample punches in STR workflows. The formulation lyses sample punches to yield PCR-compatible extracts with minimal inhibitors, supporting direct amplification protocols. It is intended for blood and buccal epithelium samples collected and stored on FTA cards, and is added directly to the reaction mixture before PCR setup, helping to overcome potential inhibition associated with FTA cards due to low fluid transfer.
