Recombinant human Interleukin 7 (IL-7) supplied by Antibodies.com as a biologically active, lyophilized cytokine for immunology and hematopoiesis research. The 10 µg preparation supports T lymphocyte and B cell progenitor culture studies, where IL-7 signals through the IL-7Rα/CD127 receptor to drive survival, proliferation, and differentiation of lymphoid lineages.

Typical applications include cell culture work on thymic output, ex vivo CAR-T expansion protocols, and immune reconstitution models following lymphodepletion. On reducing SDS-PAGE the monomer migrates near 17.5 kDa, with glycosylated species running higher depending on the expression host. Bioactivity is commonly confirmed by proliferation induction in factor-dependent lymphoid lines, with ED50 values reported in the low ng/mL range.

The lyophilized product is shipped in a sealed vial and should be reconstituted in sterile deionized water or a buffer containing 0.1% BSA, then aliquoted and stored at -20°C to -80°C.
