Human Free HCG beta (Active)

The Human Free HCG beta (Active) protein supplied by Antibodies.com is a biologically active recombinant preparation of the free beta-subunit of human chorionic gonadotropin, intended for use as a calibrator, standard, or immunogen in hormone research assays. The free beta-subunit is distinct from intact hCG and is routinely studied as a tumor marker in testicular germ cell cancers, gestational trophoblastic disease, and as a second-trimester prenatal analyte combined with AFP and inhibin-A in Down syndrome screening protocols. Each vial contains 100 ug of purified protein in liquid format, unconjugated, ready to dilute directly into assay buffer for ELISA plate coating, Western blot standards, or as an immunogen for antibody development.
