Recombinant human Anti-Müllerian Hormone (AMH) supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated liquid preparation at 1 mg total protein. AMH is a 140 kDa homodimeric glycoprotein and a member of the TGF-β superfamily, secreted by testicular Sertoli cells in males and ovarian granulosa cells in females, where it regulates Müllerian duct regression during male fetal development and acts as a quantitative marker of ovarian reserve in adults.
Researchers use this reagent to study gonadal differentiation, folliculogenesis, granulosa cell signaling, and reproductive endocrinology, and as a standard or calibrator in immunoassays measuring circulating AMH. Shipped frozen on ice; store at -20 °C upon receipt, protect from repeated freeze-thaw cycles by aliquoting into single-use vials, and handle with standard protein laboratory precautions. For research use only.
