Hepatitis B Surface Antigen (HBsAg-Ad) >90%

Recombinantly expressed in CHO cells, this hepatitis B surface antigen of the AD subtype (gene HBSAG) is supplied by Antibodies.com as a purified liquid at greater than 90% purity in a 1 mg vial. The material is manufactured by Aviva Systems Biology and formulated in 10 mM phosphate buffer (pH 7.4) containing 0.15 M NaCl with 0.1% Proclin300 added as a preservative. Lot-specific concentration is printed on each vial, allowing direct use as a positive control or calibrator in ELISA workflows and other immunoassay formats where a defined AD-subtype HBsAg reference is needed, including vaccine quality assessment, HBV serology research, and diagnostic kit standardization studies.

For handling, the antigen should be stored at -20 °C and protected from light.
