Description
This recombinant antigen from Antibodies.com targets the envelope protein of dengue virus serotype 3 and is produced as a His-tagged construct in E. coli. The unconjugated preparation is validated for lateral flow applications and shows purity greater than 90%. It is formulated in 20 mM phosphate buffer containing 50 mM NaCl and 0.1% ProClin 300 at pH 7.4. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon arrival it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
