Description
The QIAGEN Buffer QG is a solubilization and binding buffer supplied with a pH indicator. According to the published QIAGEN buffer formulations, it contains 5.5 M guanidine thiocyanate (GuSCN) and 20 mM Tris-HCl at pH 6.6 (25°C), and is prepared by dissolving the components in a pH 7 standard solution or water.
