Buffer EB (250ml)

QIAGEN's Buffer EB is an elution buffer designed for releasing nucleic acids during purification workflows. It is used as an elution buffer when following Allprep, QIAprep, QIAquick, QIAGEN Plasmid Plus, and MinElute procedures.

Specifically, it serves as the elution buffer in the QIAquick PCR, Gel Extraction, Nucleotide Removal Kits, and MinElute Kits for DNA cleanup, as well as in the QIAprep Miniprep Kits for small-scale plasmid purification. Purified DNA can alternatively be eluted in TE (10 mM Tris-Cl, 1 mM EDTA, pH 8.0), although the EDTA may inhibit subsequent enzymatic reactions.
