Buffer ACL (220ml)

A lysis and conditioning buffer from QIAGEN, designed to support blood and biological sample processing workflows. Formulated to promote efficient cell lysis and to facilitate the binding of nucleic acids to silica or magnetic chemistries, the reagent is suitable for whole blood, buffy coat and similar sample types in both automated and manual extraction workflows.

The buffer is intended to deliver consistent performance for downstream PCR, qPCR and sequencing applications when used according to the manufacturer's protocol. Users are advised to store and handle the product according to manufacturer instructions and to avoid contamination.
