Buffer ACL (220 ml)

A lysis buffer from QIAGEN, Buffer ACL is used during purification of nucleic acids with QIAsymphony DSP Virus/Pathogen Kits. It is intended for sample lysis using the QIAsymphony DSP Virus/Pathogen Complex OBL (off-board lysis) protocols and is supplied as a 220 ml bottle. The buffer is formulated to promote efficient cell lysis and to facilitate binding of nucleic acids to silica or magnetic chemistries, making it suitable for whole blood, buffy coat and similar sample types in both automated and manual extraction workflows. Users are advised to store and handle the buffer according to manufacturer instructions and to avoid contamination.
