Bottle Top Filter, 45 mm, 48 Filters

From STEMCELL Technologies, this Corning® 45 mm bottle top vacuum filter is designed to work with both plastic and glass media bottles. An angled hose connector simplifies vacuum line attachment. The 0.22 µm pore polyethersulfone (PES) membrane is suited for filtering cell culture media, offering fast flow rates, low protein binding, and low extractables. Listed applications include cell culture, filtration, and media preparation.

The filter is individually wrapped and non-pyrogenic, sterilised by irradiation. Membrane dimensions are 42 x 42 mm with a 13.6 cm² filtration area, and the funnel capacity is 150 mL. Materials of construction include polystyrene for the funnel and lid, high-density polyethylene for the funnel adapter and hose connector, polyethylene foam liner for the gasket, and cellulose acetate for the adapter plug. Store at 15–25°C; the product is stable until the date stated on the manufacturer label.
