Toxoplasma gondii Antigen

Provided by Antibodies.com, this native antigen is prepared from Toxoplasma gondii and supplied as a liquid consisting of sonicated and centrifuged tachyzoites. The unconjugated preparation has been validated for use in ELISA applications. It is formulated in 100 mM Glycine with 0.5% DOC, with the same sonication and centrifugation method used during purification. The antigen should be stored at temperatures below -70 °C and protected from repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
