Description

Supplied by Antibodies.com, this native antigen is derived from Toxoplasma gondii tachyzoites, prepared as a liquid consisting of sonicated and centrifuged material. The unconjugated reagent has been validated for use in ELISA applications.

It is formulated in 10 mM Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.4, supplemented with 1 mM AEBSF and 10 KIU/ml Aprotinin. For optimal stability, the antigen should be stored at temperatures below -70 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
