QX Size Marker 50 - 800 bp v2.0 (50 µl)

Designed by QIAGEN for optimal DNA size determination, the QX DNA Size Marker 50–800 bp v2.0 (50 µL) is intended for use with QIAxcel DNA Kits [S1]. It is for molecular biology applications and is not intended for the diagnosis, prevention, or treatment of a disease [S1]. The marker contains DNA fragments of 50, 100, 150, 200, 250, 300, 400, 500, 600, 700, and 800 bp at a concentration of 100 ng/µL [S1][S2]. The 300 bp fragment is present at a higher concentration than the other fragments in the mix, producing a band of greater intensity in the virtual gel [S1]. The marker is shipped at ambient temperature and should be stored at 2–8°C upon receipt, where the components remain stable until expiry [S1]. Each lot is tested against predetermined specifications under QIAGEN's ISO-certified Quality Management System to ensure consistent product quality [S1]. For safe handling, a suitable lab coat, disposable gloves, and protective goggles should be worn [S1].
