Description
A ready-to-use DNA size ladder from QIAGEN, supplied for optimal DNA size determination and semi-quantitative analysis in molecular biology applications. The marker contains fragments of 50, 100, 200, 300, 400, 500, 1000, and 1500 bp at a concentration of 5 ng/µL, and is intended specifically for use with the QIAxcel DNA Fast Analysis Kit. It is not suitable for concentration determination.
The product is shipped at ambient temperature and should be stored immediately upon receipt at 2–8°C, where the components remain stable until expiry. Each lot is tested against predetermined specifications as part of QIAGEN's ISO-certified Quality Management System. When handling, always wear a suitable lab coat, disposable gloves, and protective goggles.
This marker is intended for molecular biology applications only and is not intended for the diagnosis, prevention, or treatment of a disease.
