QX Size Marker 100 bp - 2.5 kb (50 µl)

This QIAGEN QX DNA Size Marker spans 100 bp to 2.5 kb and is used for DNA size determination with QIAxcel DNA Kits. It is intended for molecular biology applications and is not intended for the diagnosis, prevention, or treatment of a disease.

The marker contains fragments at 100, 200, 300, 400, 500, 600, 700, 800, 1000, 1200, 1500, 2000, and 2500 bp, supplied at a concentration of 100 ng/µL. The 1000 bp fragment is present at a higher concentration than the other fragments in the mix, so the corresponding band appears with greater intensity in the virtual gel.

The marker is shipped at ambient temperature and should be stored at 2–8°C upon receipt until the expiry date. Each lot is tested against predetermined specifications under QIAGEN's ISO-certified Quality Management System.
