Recombinant Hepatitis C Virus (NS3) Antigen from Antibodies.com, expressed in E. coli and purified as a His-tagged protein. The unconjugated preparation is validated for ELISA applications and has a stated purity of >90%. Specificity is directed against the NS3 region of Hepatitis C Virus.

It is formulated in 25 mM Tris-HCl, pH 8.0 with 0.1% SDS and 5 mM EDTA. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
