epT.I.P.S.® Biopur, 0.2 – 5 mL L, 175 mm, violet, 120 tips (5 racks x 24 tips)

Designed for liquid handling in laboratory applications, these Eppendorf epT.I.P.S.® Biopur pipette tips cover a volume range of 0.2 – 5 mL (200 ... 5,000 µl) and measure 175 mm in length. The violet/purple colour-coded tips are presented in disposable racks with a slim, reclosable design optimised for safe stackability, in sterility packaging compliant to DIN EN ISO 11607-1 and -2 and DIN EN 868-2 to 10.

Manufactured from high-purity plastic materials, the tips offer reduced-force tip attachment and ejection with complete sealing, along with ideal wetting properties and optimum transparency. An ergonomically optimised cone geometry provides an optimal fit on Eppendorf pipettes, while a universal nose cone design allows use with pipettes from other manufacturers. Colour-coded trays make volume identification easier, fine graduations support visual checks of the pipetting volume, and the long, narrow tips reach the base of narrow and high vessels without touching the vessel rim. Fine retracted or extended tip variants simplify work with small volumes.

Certified as ATP-free, pyrogen-free, RNase/DNase-free and sterile, the Biopur® purity grade is intended for applications requiring minimal protein binding and contamination-free handling. Typical uses include pipetting liquids, dispensing liquids, mixing liquids, filling plates and reaction vessels, filling gels for electrophoresis, and phase extraction and removal of supernatants.
