Description
Designed for capillary electrophoresis DNA fragment analysis, this QIAGEN size standard features 13 fragments with higher fluorescence, adjusted to compensate for high concentrations of DNA input. It is recommended when no prior DNA quantification has been performed, or when high DNA levels are expected in the sample. The standard is intended for use with the QIAGEN Investigator 26plex QS Kit, a 6-dye multiplex STR kit for co-amplification of Chinese National database loci, CODIS-required markers, DYS391 and Amelogenin.
