Zebrafish Fish Insulin Like Growth Factor Binding Protein 1 ELISA Kit

The kit is reactive with zebrafish and accepts serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates or other biological fluids as input material.

The assay uses a pre-coated microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips and a biotinylated anti-IGFBP1 detection antibody followed by HRP-Avidin and TMB substrate, with absorbance read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader. The reported product range is 0.156–10 ng/ml with a sensitivity of 0.086 ng/ml. Total assay time is 4 h 30 min.
