ZAP-70 (phospho Tyr493) Cell Based ELISA Kit

Manufactured for Antibodies.com, this cell-based ELISA kit is designed for the indirect in vitro quantitative determination of ZAP-70 (phospho Tyr493) levels in adherent and suspension cells. The qualitative assay uses Anti-ZAP-70 (phospho Tyr493) Antibodies to capture the target, with detection achieved via HRP-conjugated secondary antibodies that catalyze a colorimetric reaction upon substrate addition. Three normalization methods are described: an included Anti-GAPDH Antibody serves as an internal positive control, Crystal Violet whole-cell staining is used to determine cell density after colorimetric measurement of HRP activity, and an Anti-ZAP-70 Antibody is provided for normalization of the phosphorylated target against the non-phosphorylated target.

Reactivity is reported for Human (Tyr493), Mouse (Tyr492) and Rat (Tyr488), with no reported cross-reactivity. The assay is performed on a Tissue Culture Treated Microplate platform with colorimetric detection, an assay time of 4 hours 30 minutes, and is suitable for a product range of greater than 5000 cells.
