The adapters accept standard 1000 µL filter-tip racks and position eight channels simultaneously, supporting walkaway processing of up to 96 samples per run.

Manufactured from rigid, chemically resistant polymers, each adapter maintains tip alignment through repeated load cycles and resists carryover from chaotropic lysis buffers used in silica-membrane extraction protocols. Routine cleaning with laboratory-grade ethanol or 10% bleach extends service life; the adapters are autoclavable at 121 °C for 15 minutes between shifts.
