Sheep TNF-a ELISA Kit

A sandwich-format ELISA from Antibodies.com intended for the in vitro quantitative determination of TNF alpha in sheep samples. The assay is completed in 4 hours using a pre-coated microplate and a biotinylated detection antibody, with HRP-Streptavidin and TMB substrate read at 450 nm.

Validated for serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, and other biological fluids. The standard curve spans 15.625-1000 pg/mL, with a sensitivity of 9.375 pg/mL. The antibodies are specific for TNF alpha with no reported cross-reactivity with other analogs or variants. Recovery across serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma averaged 93-97%, with dilution linearity of 80-102% across 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 sample dilutions.

Reactivity is specific to sheep. The kit is shipped at +4°C and components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided. Cited in 2 publications.
