Sheep Ghrelin ELISA Kit

A competitive Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (cELISA) from Antibodies.com designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of sheep Ghrelin in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates or other biological fluids [S1]. The assay is reactive with sheep samples [C0][S1] and uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips [S1]. Detection is colourimetric, read at 450 nm in a microplate reader, where TMB substrate produces a yellow product whose intensity is inversely proportional to Ghrelin concentration [S1].
