Rat Xanthine Dehydrogenase ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA supplied by Antibodies.com for the in vitro quantitative determination of rat Xanthine Oxidase in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates and other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate configured as 12 x 8 well strips, a biotinylated anti-Xanthine Oxidase detection antibody, and HRP-Avidin with TMB substrate. Colour development is measured by absorbance at 450 nm in a microplate reader.

Reported sensitivity is <0.068 ng/ml and the assay range is 0.156–10 ng/ml. Total assay time is approximately 4 hours 30 minutes. Kit components should be stored at +4°C or -20°C according to the instructions provided, and the kit must not be used past its expiration date.

Manufacturer validation reports recovery ranges of 80–107% in serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma (n=5), with linearity data across dilutions from 1:2 to 1:16.
