Rat Wingless Type MMTV Integration Site Family, Member 3A ELISA Kit

Manufactured for Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA kit enables quantitative determination of rat Wnt3a (Wingless Type MMTV Integration Site Family, Member 3A) in tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates or other biological fluids. The assay uses an antibody specific for Wnt3a pre-coated onto a microplate, with bound analyte detected using a biotinylated anti-Wnt3a antibody followed by an HRP-avidin conjugate. The enzymatic reaction is developed with TMB substrate, producing a colour change read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader, and the Wnt3a concentration is calculated by reference to the standard curve.

The kit reports a measuring range of 0.312–20 ng/ml and a sensitivity of <0.107 ng/ml, with a total assay time of approximately 4 h 30 min. Components are stored at +4 °C or −20 °C as instructed and the kit should not be used past its expiration date. Spike-and-recovery performance has been validated in serum (average 91%, n=5), EDTA plasma (average 94%, n=5) and heparin plasma (average 94%, n=5) across dilutions from 1:2 to 1:16.
