Rat VEGF ELISA Kit

A sandwich (quantitative) enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay from Antibodies.com, this Rat VEGF ELISA Kit applies a quantitative sandwich immunoassay technique to detect and quantify endogenous levels of natural or recombinant rat VEGF. It is designed for the indirect in vitro quantitative determination of VEGF in plasma, serum, and lysates.

The assay uses colorimetric detection on a pre-coated microplate configured as 12 x 8 well strips, with a total assay time of 4 hours 30 minutes. Sensitivity is < 1 pg/ml and the assay range is 15.6-1000 pg/ml. The kit is suitable for serum and plasma samples, shows no reported cross-reactivity, and should be stored at +4°C where it remains stable for 3-6 months.
