Rat Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor B ELISA Kit

A sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) from Antibodies.com is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of rat Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor B (VEGFB) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates or other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated microplate and is read on a colorimetric microplate reader at 450 nm.

The reported sensitivity is <3.6 pg/ml and the standard range is 15.6-1000 pg/ml. Total assay time is 4h 30m. Recovery values (n=5) are reported as 80%-102% (average 91%) for serum, 81%-100% (average 90%) for EDTA plasma, and 80%-89% (average 84%) for heparin plasma. Dilution linearity is reported for 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 sample dilutions in serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma. Kit components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed and must not be used past the expiration date.
