Rat Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor A ELISA Kit

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this Sandwich ELISA kit is intended for the in vitro quantitative determination of rat Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor A (VEGFA) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates or other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated microplate format with colourimetric detection, and is read at 450 nm using a standard microplate reader. Total assay time is 4 hours 30 minutes.

The kit reports a sensitivity of 5.4 pg/ml with a working range of 15.6–1000 pg/ml. Reported average recovery values across sample matrices are 91% for serum, 90% for EDTA plasma and 84% for heparin plasma. Components are supplied for storage at +4°C or -20°C as instructed, and the kit should not be used past its expiration date.
