Rat V-Jun Sarcoma Virus 17 Oncogene Homolog ELISA Kit

Sandwich ELISA kit from Antibodies.com designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of rat c-Jun in tissue homogenates, cell lysates or other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips, with a total assay time of 4 hours 30 minutes. Detection is colorimetric, with absorbance read at 450 nm in a microplate reader. The reported sensitivity is <0.051 ng/ml and the assay range is 0.156–10 ng/ml. Average recovery is reported as 91% in serum (range 80–102%, n=5), 90% in EDTA plasma (range 81–100%, n=5) and 84% in heparin plasma (range 80–89%, n=5). Linear dilution data is provided for the same sample types across 1:2 to 1:16 dilutions, with reported ranges such as 87–107% for serum, 79–108% for EDTA plasma and 82–105% for heparin plasma across the dilution series.
