Rat V-Fos FBJ Murine Osteosarcoma Viral Oncogene Homolog ELISA Kit

The assay uses an antibody specific for c-Fos pre-coated onto a microplate, with detection via a Biotinylated Anti-c-Fos Antibody and HRP-Avidin conjugate. The enzymatic reaction is visualised using TMB substrate, producing a colour change that is measured by absorbance at 450 nm and compared to a standard curve.
